The Council Room can be hired for free by Fellows.

Fellows can use rooms in Burlington House free of charge, provided that the planned activities are related to the aims of the Society.

Other organizations can hire the Lecture Theatre, Council Room, and in exceptional circumstances the Library, for a fee. The current charges also include a discount for charities.

Use of the rooms for filming may also be arranged by application to the Executive Secretary.

In all cases users must adhere to the general conditions and complete a booking form in advance. To check availability, make a booking, or request further information please contact the Facilities Manager.
