RAS staff are currently unable to receive incoming emails. Our broadband supplier, Demon, is currently experiencing severe disruption to the entire London and Kent area which began at 3am this morning and is expected to last until at least late afternoon. The RAS has switched to an alternative internet connection, but unfortunately incoming emails can currently only use the Demon line. Once the connection is restored all emails should eventually reach their destination. Apologies for any delay in replying - the situation is beyond our control.
UPDATE: as of 16:00 on 20 March email service has been restored. We continue to have difficulties with the online library catalogue.
UPDATE2: as of 12:30 on 21 March the library catalogue is now available again. All issues are now resolved.
